About Us
Topdock is a marine construction and service business located in Delafield, WI which is owned and operated by Alex Maas (left). Servicing Southeastern Wisconsin, Topdock’s mission is to contribute to the beauty of Wisconsin’s lake shores while providing marketable skills and a positive work environment for its employees.
Alex grew up on School Section Lake in the Waukesha County area. He graduated with a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. After working five years in the finance and accounting industry, he began helping his dad operate his pier business.
It wasn’t long before he recognized the demand for timely and reliable marine services that was not being met by other companies and decided to create Topdock. Alex combines his years of experience, love of the Wisconsin shoreline, and education to bring you the best dock building experience in Southeastern Wisconsin.
